Drogheda Educate Together have competed in the league stages for the Educate Together national debating competition 2023. After winning their first round against Cabra Educate Together, the team narrowly missed out on a win against Galway Educate Together. The team will compete in one more round in January 2023.
A special congratulations to Lucas Cannon for being nominated as the best speaker during the debate.
The competition promotes debating in schools nationwide and creates opportunities for students across the network to develop articulation, confidence, and teamwork skills. Congratulations to all who took part in the debates.
